primary requirements
You must have experience of working in a target driven, B2B environment. Experience within the property industry or a field based business development role would be advantageous but is not essential. You will have developed strong relationship building skills along with a professional manner and enjoy working to targets. This role will also require you to be confident and resilient in order to achieve these targets. You will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent and possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above. With an appetite to learn you will also receive training, both on the job and through formal CII or industry specific qualifications.
primary duties
The Role: You will be responsible for growing your account of letting agent partners and establishing the Endsleigh brand in the thriving lettings market in and around the South East. Day to day you will be managing your own accounts through face to face meetings, telephone and email contact, ensuring that our letting agent partners continue to deliver a profitable and measured performance. Your time will be split between meeting clients to build relationships and increasing new business levels.

A key part of your role will be building and maintaining relationships with our preferred letting agent partners, with a focus on networking and attending industry seminars and conferences. You will also be encouraged to use your initiative to develop new and innovative approaches to gain exposure to the lettings market, driving income and other commercial opportunities.
