I am the of head of UTZ CERTIFIED’s Standards and Certification department, responsible for the development of the UTZ standards, the certification management as well as the monitoring and evaluation of the programme. I am a member of the UTZ management team and enjoys being part of the dynamic sustainability discussion.
I have been employed for nine years, I got employed through the Asia Jobs employment programme. I thoroughly enjoyed helping customers and I decided I would make this a permanent career change. Through intercompany training and excellent support from my Asia Jobs and our training department, I have worked my way through the various positions.
